Refund Policy and General Customer Service Requests

At Spicy Lemonade Publishing Inc. and its imprints, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will be happy to replace it.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • If you discover any faults or defects in a product upon receipt, please notify us immediately.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • Digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Case-by-Case Basis:

We understand that each situation is unique. While we do not offer refunds on digital products, we assess all other concerns on a case-by-case basis.
